DELIVERY -
Any selected items that are still available will be shipped in 2-3 days.
If you have a special requirement for immediate shipment please contact Gypsy Renaissance.
DAMAGES -
Claims for damaged items must be made by phone or email within 3 days of receipt.
Requests to return item(s) for refund must be made by phone or email within 5 days of receipt.
Requests for return of item(s) for store credit must be made by phone or email within 20 days of receipt.
No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Please contact Gypsy Renaissance/Ch-Chi Boutique for a return
authorization number.
Authorized returns will result in a credit.
